When you submit our inquiry form, we collect your name, work email, company name, optional website, service requirements, requested languages, channel preferences, team size, coverage, optional time-zone information and the message you provide. Please avoid including customer records, passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in your initial inquiry.
How we use it
We use your inquiry to understand your requirements, respond to you and prepare a potential support proposal. Submitting a brief does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list. The form asks for your agreement to use your details for this conversation.
Storage and service providers
Inquiries are stored in private server-side records. Our configured email provider may process your inquiry when a notification is delivered to our business inbox. Hosting and email providers may process data in the locations where their services operate. Website infrastructure may generate technical logs to operate the service and investigate problems.
Retention
Initial website inquiry records are retained for up to 90 days. Information needed for an ongoing conversation or a subsequent business relationship may be retained separately for that purpose. Hosting and email records may have separate retention periods. You can ask us about your information by email.
Your requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of the inquiry information you provided, or to withdraw your agreement to further contact. We may need to confirm your identity and consider any records that must be retained for an existing engagement.
